Complacent and arrogant attitude from the "Manager"

Visited this place many times over the last year or so, however, ordering take-aways always seems to be a problem as each and every time we did not received the correct items as ordered. Lack of Management involvement and the cherry on top again today with receiving out take-away not completely what we have ordered and was then requested by the female "Manager" to provide proof that my card payment was made, she did not come to my table but I had to go to her in the Bar-area whilst she had an arrogant attitude.. she even took a pic of the FNB notification.

Terrible customer service - luckily there are various different venues, this place will not see me again though I supported them at least 3 to 4 times a week... I'm done ;-)
