OVERCHARGED ON RENTAL

We decided to book a family holiday in December as my sister is immigrating and we thought that it would be nice to have a family holiday, Princes Grant was an option so we booked 268 Sandhills through Safari Now.<br> <br> When we arrived we realized that the house had not been cleaned and that the cleaning services which was owned by Leonie said that her staff did't have sufficient time to clean the place. The point of this complaint is that I paid R3000.00 p/n for a house that was infected by ****roaches , the pots and pans are dirty, the dishes are chipped the freedge wasnt working. The sheets had not been washed and one of them had a blood stain on it. We used to kill 4 to 5 ****roaches a night, I couldnt handle it that I even slept in the car. This place was disgusting, underneath the stair case it hadnt been cleaned for months if not years. The showers had mould even one of the pillow cases had mould on it. The couches looked dirty even the ceiling fans had a thick layer of dirt on it. we left a day earlier as this place ruined our family holiday, we had flights .<br> <br> on the day we left the cleaning lady, had made the beds and folded the towels knowing that we leaving.<br> <br> LIZ
