VERY RUDE - refuse to fix faults.

We have been struggling since Feb 2015 to get issues fixed at our house. Today i phoned Jan Nel, the plumber who signed off our plumbing certificate for our new house. He then starts screaming at me over the phone telling me that he would not have signed the certificate if there was problems. He went on screaming something about slaves, because I insisted he must come to our house and fix it. He basically tells me that I broke our tap. I guess i like wasting water and paying for wasted water. Do not use! He takes your money, then cut corners and then blames you.
