Poor service and professionalism

The experience from my sister and I : Father's estate is over a year old and the attorneys decided to resign causing us R23,000 wastage as now we have to pay a different attorney the 3.5 percent. In this year we probably had to call numerous times a month for feedback, as they never out of their own gave us feedback The lady there even had the audacity to badmouth the heirs whilst on the phone with an accountant we found and after the accountant threatened them with LPC i then got called and threatened that they will resign, which ended up happening due to not being happy that I started asking them to do their jobs as we are tired of having to constantly beg for information. They also accused us numerous times for not doing our work properly because they don't have the patience or decency to explain something properly, then after updating them with 2 of their questions they say we did it incorrectly again, however she requested on her emails to submit registered letters from SARS and CIPC which the accountant got from both SARS and CIPC and did exactly as she had requested They keep asking for company and trust valuations... 1. There are no longer companies on his name and 2. I sent them an agents valuation of the property trust, so what now? We have finally got a new attorney that explains and assists properly... Be careful not to lose money like we have

Overall definitely NOT happy, and seeing as they decided to resign I do not feel it fair for them to take anything, not even one rand, because now we lose 3.5% PLUS an additional R23,000
