Jan Innovation Studio book

do not order a journal online from Jan innovation studio (which is a great book btw) as they debit your credit card when they no longer have the edition in stock and you must take the next edition or my last order was placed, money debited from credit card but have neither received the book nor any explanation 2 weeks later - little too late for the Christmas present it was due to be. Sent emails and comments on website but have not had the courtesy of a reply. Will not let them get away with keeping my money even though it is not a great deal of money. shocking service
