Do NOT order from Jammers boutique! Save yourself the tears!

After a terrible experience with another bridal pj boutique, I was referred to Jammers by a colleague. I ordered 7 sets of pjs (6 sets in sage green and one in white for me) and I paid an additional R500 for a rush order, because I initially wanted to include the sets in my brides**** boxes. I received the box however decided to give them the pjs later and left the box of pjs unopened until I needed it later. I then ordered one additional set in sage green and this was sent in a transparent box and I was happy with the colour. 3 months later I opened the unopened box with the 6 sets, a few days before my wedding and saw that they sent me the wrong colour. It was olive green instead of sage green. I immediately escalated it and the response I received was that I should have opened the box when I received it then we wouldn’t be in this position. To which I responded, I expected that she would send me the correct colour as per my order. She then committed to correcting it and made new sets in “sage green” and I received it and it was blue. In addition, none of the pjs on both orders have sizes so you need to use your own judgement on the sizes. She also asked me to pay to have the second batch re-made. It’s been a very disappointing experience and I do not recommend this business. Please buy your bridal pjs from a reputable brand!
