Terrible Expeience
Terrible experience. Multiple call backs for nearly a year to fix sloppy sub-standard work after ongoing leaks in the areas worked on. Unprofessional and lacking skill to properly assess and advise on remedial work required. Multiple "variations" to work plan, some of which was not done at all, or badly. Quick-fix solutions app**** in situations that didn't work. Invariably attempted to shift blame for failures on to "other" causes and failed to take responsibility for their so-called "specialist" advice / solutions. Took the money, but left us with considerable additional expense having to get the work properly done.

27 Nov 2025, 18:47Having listened to the concerns I raised, the contractor has gone "above and beyond" my expectations to respond to and deal with the issues I raised, to the point where they have completely restored my confidence in their commitment to ensuring their customers are given full value for the the services supp****. Consequently I am now more than happy to review their rating and am confident to recommend their business to other customers, in a field which is often more complicated than many realise.
