Ripoff charges from rental deposit

Hi, I would like to warn tenants when using Jamieson Estates for rentals. As managing agents they rip you off when returning your deposit by over charging for painting, plumbing, carpet cleaning etc. They don't get 3 quotes and give all their work to a guy by the name of Mike van de Velde who rips you off with his costs so you will end up getting none of your deposit back. Be very careful.
