Bunch of time wasting,airtime wasting and money wasting people

Placed an order on Saturday from jamiesgardenshop.co.za only to find out on Tuesday that my order has not been actioned so after resending my proof of payment I was told I'll have my package asap with the tracking number sent to my email, well its friday no phone call, no email and no package so I phoned owner Jamie Garner and complained only to have him tell me that my order has been sorted out , but still no stock so I ask the greater public out there what do you do to get the time you have wasted back , no not the money but the time.
