the galaxy product store (do not waste your time on this website)

So powered by Shopify, there is a company called 'the galaxy products' (sorry for no capitalized letters but I strongly believe they don't earn that). We ordered a parcel on the 29th of July- today is the 15th of October, nevertheless that we haven't received a parcel, not even a single email to notify where the parcel is.

This is an UTTER DISGUSTED client writing this email and will not rest my voice until I receive every single cent back paid for this.

I hope this email is rep**** to in the next 24 hours otherwise social media is going to flood with similar comments.

Best to provide feedback asap as we have been waiting an AMAZINGLY 3 months!!!
