Spotify ****!

Having barely used this app, I decided not to renew my payment and deleted their app from my phone. They have subsequently tried to get me to renew by making offers and asking via sms to update payment details. This I ignored as I no longer wanted their services. However today they made a deduction on my account which I did not subscribe for or authorise. Even my bank does not have them listed as a debit order service. This is totally unacceptable from Spotify who does not even have an option on their platform to resolve disputes. Totally disgusted with this!!
