Shopify/Shapely complaint

To say that I am annoyed is a gross understatement. I have written to you before since no item ordered (from Shapely) has been delivered to me at the address specified. I ordered the items late September for my daughter's birthday on 6 October. It never arrived so I wrote to you numerous times mentioning this. After some time you said you had rectified the matter and that the parcel would be delivered in due course. I received emails from Buffalo saying that the order was out for delivery and then even received a message from Buffalo saying the items had been delivered, WHICH IT HAD NOT! Again, I wrote to you about this and your response was staggering - ABSOLUTE SILENCE. I have no option but to take this matter to social media. I expect a full refund immediately as well as compensation for any costs incurred in running around after your absolutely non existent service. It will be a good warning to those who might contemplate ordering from you.

To ask to a response to this review would be asking to much I suppose.
