Shopify *********** to activate my Shopify store

Just to let you know that it has been five days now that I have been liaising with Shopify agents to activate my Shopify store. I paid the required $1 without my store been activated.

I created my Shopify store using Auto DS. I am so drained speaking to various help center agents explaining over and over again that my Shopfiy store need to be activated yet none of them could activate the store. They keep on coming back to me with store: a6xtkh-ns and I keep on telling them the store is 8xizrs-cw. I have sent them proof over and over again from the Auto DS site that my store is 8XIZRS-CW. Today they could not pick up the store because they say that my email address that they have is on the other store that I did not even opt for. I am so so sad and disappointed in them.

This is a major service failure. How difficult can it be for them to just activate my store. I now have to cancel the Shopify store before the next payment is due on the 11th of 12th November 2024.
