Order 31 May 2025 - never recevied - no contact details

I placed an order for HHVB® GLP-1 Moringa Slimming & Health Boost Drops for R373.07 only be be debited R745.75. This was on the 31 May 2025. I have never received the order and I want a refund. I am starting to think this is a ****. I have an invoice for this order, but no communication and there is no email address. Please can anyone advise if they have a email address I can try.
