No help received to get money back

I placed an order with Beauty Rare SA on 31 May for facial products for an amount of ZAR 1199.99- order number 1291. To date, I have not received any products from the supplier.

06 June – Candice Clegg – *** emailed to say that there has been a delay in shipment, and the estimated arrival is mid to late June. We are now at the end of July. After numerous emails, I have received no feedback or update.

I reached out to Shopify to request a refund and was informed to complete a list they will contact the supplier. To date, nothing has happened.

Are we just supposed to be ****med out of our hard-earned money, and Shopify can't even assist when payment were made through their site.
