Moneys unrightfully deducted from my account

I am a very upset customer, i started with Shopify little bit over 2 months ago and had an awful experience with money being deducted from my account who appears to be someone else shop, now battling nearly 2 weeks to get refunded for the monies they took from my account while not my shop, i paid my fees $1.15 for the two months but they deducted it twice and now also a $21 bill that was not for my shop. This is upsetting because it means my bank card details is not save with them, now they asked me to send them bank statements of myself to show the monies did go off my account while it was paid to them they should be able to see it, its not easy to get into contact with the right person and every time i ask for reply at the support system they not answering me. I will never advise anyone to make use of their services after this experiment
