Macen-capetown on Shopify

Awful service from Shopify who cannot support a customer (me) to get a response from one of their on-line stores, macen-cape-town, who have *****ulently "identified" themselves to be a Cape Town Company but seems that they must be overseas somewhere (China?)

I purchased a dress and a blouse, which looked amazing on the website but the quality is sub-standard and now I want to return the items and can't get a return address to send the products even though their website states:
