Labelled-SA ****?

Ordered a NIIKE running top online from LABELLED-SA through SHOPIFY, and have followed up on the delivery which was promised between 10 and 21 Days. My order #1075 DD 6 JULY 2021 placed and paid for, and I get no reply on my follow ups. I think labelled-SA could be a **** and even shopify do not have the facility to query the problem. When I use the tracking on mail they confirmed my order with, it only moves the date on to current date. I also requested a refund, but no reply.
