KARGA™ NO SHOW ORDER

I have found this online store on TikTok, https://hn1jvk-rh.myshopify.com/ The standard shipment was 5 working days and I placed my order on the 6th of July. I did get an order confirmed and order number I even got a dispatched email to say it's on its way that was on the 9th of July and nothing sins then, I have emailed them, and I have used that contact on the website but no feedback there is no number that you can call as per the website 24/7 customer support that is not true at all
