how do you contact an actual human at Shopify ???

I want to speak to an actual human, because your bot cannot help me, and your website does not give me that option ! I was ****med by one of your vendors, and I cannot fill in your online form, as my invoice isn't available anymore, so I cannot send you the url of the invoice !
