Day light *******

I am very disappointed with Shopify, I signed up for a $40 plan and was charged $97, when I dispute it I am being told that I subscribed to POS pro, why would I subscribe to POS pro when the store is not generating any income and there is no traffic? This is *******, on top of that they say they will make an exception and credit it to my next bill? I want my money back, you took my grocery money, what am I supposed to eat?
