Best customer support even on weekends

First time I had to contact Spotify support due to a voucher that was not working.

It took me less than a minute to go through the bot chat and spoke (via live chat) with Rachelle.

Please note that this is early Sunday morning and I got a response within seconds.

The chat option is able to send documents and screen shots, so it made the whole process so much easier.

I promise you, it wasn't even 2 minutes to sort out the voucher that wasn't working.

I love Spotify and now even more so.
