I am furious with Jamiea Melia

I ordered and paid for an upholstery cleaner on 28 December 2020 and received confirmation of delivery, however, after numerous emails trying to find out where my order is, I have still not received any correcpondence, or have received the product paid for.

Their website only has one contact email address and no other contact information whatsoever.

I am truly disappointed!
