Worse company to deal with ever!

Very bad experience with your company and a lady by the name of Sheetal. You deliver boys were late at the site. When I came in to my new home I saw that the granite I had ordered was a different colour to the granite that was installed. This throws of the entire kitchen colour scheme and doesn't match my cupboards or flooring compared to the one I had originally chosen. I called Sheetal to remove the granite and she said it was the correct order and blamed the contractor for ordering the colour. Today when the contractor came and saw it he was horrified as much as I was because the sample he was given was what I requested but was not the same thing on my counter tops. When he went to query it he was told by Sheetal that the colour of the sample I chose can vary depending on the stone that was cut? So from a white marble it became a cream marble colour? Sheetal has yet to return my call. I what was haphazardly installed removed from my kitchen and I want the colour that the sample contains. If you cannot give a person a product they ordered you should never have taken on the job or at least refund me so I can go to a place where they are prepared to give me exactly what I want according to the samples they provide and not deviate on their product and say there is nothing they can do about it! It MY hard earned money, not to be thrown away by the companies errors and then be told by a sales rep that sorry, you have to live with it.
