Refusal to refund rental deposit

This man is a *****. He *****ed my friend R12 000 deposit on property. They have been to Housing Tribunal and all but still nothing...this has been outstanding since July 2018.

They rented a house at 140 Anne Marie, Meyerspark... outstanding deposit is R12 000... refund Pula Setwaba her money
