Terrible Mechanic!

I have given a one star rating to this mechanic as I can't select anything less. My Audi went in for repairs to the starter about a month and a half or so ago. Since then, it has gone back in numerous times, and the issue was never fixed. In addition all my petrol was used each and every time it went in, the car was returned with a huge scratch on the passenger side, the water bottle mysteriously broke, and when I confronted him about the poor paint job (on the scratch - the car was now two different colours) he became defensive and aggressive. This mechanic is completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I have accepted that I lost money on this but I would not have expected someone to be so brazenly *********** and careless. If he could not fix the car, I would have appreciated him telling me as much. Instead, my car was returned to me in damaged and poor condition. Most disappointed.
