Unacceptable delays and lack of communication.

He is taking too long to fix and no communication. Different story everyday and faults occur on a daily basis. No job card received since he started. The car has been with him since 25 April 2025 and down payment made on 1 May 2025, no receipt received till now. No photos and or videos to show faults and work done. I have been patient enough and for too long.
