James Bensen takes money and doesn't deliver!

<p>I ordered a pair of glasses on 8th Feb and was told that delivery would be within 5-8 days. It is now 24th Feb and after trying to contact the company via email, support portal, and Facebook Messenger (they do not have a support phone number) I have not have any contact from them since 16th Feb!!!</p> <p>In the meantime, I am sitting without my glasses which I need as my last pair were broken. What seemed like a great idea and good value for money with the added bonus of donating a pair of glasses to an underprivileged person has not turned into a real disappointment.</p> <p>If anyone at jamesbensen.com reads this I would very much like a response today!!</p>
