POOR SERVICE

Service from this dealership is very poor. I app**** for finance, got approved and paid deposit. When I called them to tell them that the tracking company will go there the following day to install the tracker before i fetch the car. I was told the car is sold to somebody else. What kind of service is that? I want my money
