Failure in Communication

Today I went through to the Jamaica Wholesaler in Boksburg, one of the most reasonably prices stores around<br> I am normally satisfied with the store.<br> <br> I asked at the entrance about Gas bottle pricing and they showed me the price list on the wall.<br> They said they had stock of what I needed.<br> <br> On checkout, the lady at the counter said that due to winter they do not sell full cylinder bottles but only swop old bottles for new bottles.<br> <br> I was highly disappointed as the display price had no notice of this, the man in the front did not inform me of this<br> and I wasted my time in the store.
