Unfair dismissal

I was unfairly dismissed with no verble, written or final warning i was emotionally attacked by a ***orker and i was did not have a contract and most of the workers there did not either. I worked there from the 3 June 2025 till 3 February 2026, my ****orker caused me to have a mental breakdown and also would make me do all the work when it came to making tips. I would be called in on my off days making me miss time with my family and that ended with me working 2 weeks with no breaks. They even worked me to the point where i pulled a ligament in my foot and did not bother to book me off cause there was only 2 waiters. I lent money to my manager and she could not come to my defense when she knew my money situation. They insisted on a whatsapp testimony from me knowing a written one is needed and did not even try to schedule a meeting or suspend the other waiter for what he did to me.
