Very poor service

The service given by this business has been the worst I've experienced. Once I my payment was done it took a few days to receive a confirmation email. From there, I never received any further communication from them regarding my order until i had to make a query 3 weeks later. No email reply from them, don't answer phone calls, and even ignore WhatsApp messages. The only response I got was that they would send out my order the next day. However, with no explanation, with no acknowledgement of the serious delay on their end and not so much as an apology. It's been over a month now since I made the purchase and still no delivery and no idea when it will arrive. I will never buy anything from this company again. It's a joke what is happening here.
