Late delivery poor craftmanship

I ordered a Kiaat shelf with brackets from Jakkalsvallei. Before ordering consider the following: 1. After receiving payment, the seller issues you with an invoice and don't communicate thereafter; 2. Calls, emails, or text messages are ignored. 3. When the seller finally responds, the response is incorrect. In my case, the seller responded that the goods ordered were already at the courier. Yet seller couldn't provide a waybill number. Further investigation showed that seller never delivered the goods to the courier to deliver. 4. Craftmanship is rather poor. The goods do not correspond with the pictures. In my case, the shelf came with four steel brackets. No two brackets are the same size. The brackets are way too big for the shelf. The shelf doesn't fit tight in the brackets. Also, the steelwork is poorly crafted with deep visible prong marks.
