Jakkalsvallei - over promise & under deliver

This is by far the worst experience I have EVER had with a supplier! I ordered a pretty unique table in November last year. My order was delayed time and time again, with different excuses every time until I was eventually assured that my delivery would be made mid-March. A day before the expected delivery date, I was sent details of the courier. When I contacted the courier to confirm my delivery, they did not know anything about my order! At this point I had lost patience and requested a refund. What was also weird was that 2 days prior to receiving the refund, the item I ordered was posted on their WhatsApp for sale but when I checked the specs, they were different to what I had ordered! I am happy to have received a refund but I now have to start from scratch after having wasted 4 months! Communication was also terrible, if I did not follow up., I would be left in the dark and unaware of what was happening. Based on other reviews, rather order the standard items on their website, do not trust them to custom make an item for you!
