Be warned of Jakkalsvallei

Hi Everyone

I am writing this review to warn everyone of Jakkalsvallei, they are a furniture manufacturer with the following drawbacks: 1. No contactable business telephone- only email or whatsapp 2. They say their manufacturing lead time is 6-8 weeks but I had to wait over 11 weeks for my order. 3. Their products are of an inferior quality. 4. I ordered a dining table and the frame and wood slab is not aligned properly 5. The specifications I gave was to utilse rustik oak and I doubt this was used. 6. I complained and asked for return and full refund and they have subsequently stopped replying to my emails. 7. They finishing of their wood is poor and I had sent pictures of the color I want which they did not match
