Waterproofing *********

Jaco Muller from Jake's waterproofing issued us with a quotation in November 2022 which was accepted and a 80% deposit paid over for material stipulated on the Quote; 28 x 20L of Green coat roof rubber, Membrane, labour & sundries. The work was delayed due to rain and then a further week for personal issues on his part. Mr. Muller then started the work Mid January 2023. He arrived with only 3 already opened / used roof rubber containers, which started raising questions as to material quoted on. When questioned about the quantities and when the paint/ rubber will come to do the work all kinds of excuses where made. they worked 2 days and only sealed the sides and gullies and then ran with the rest of the money.
