Bad Service & Rude Manageress

Booked for lunch on Sunday, 17/02/2019 and arrived at 12h55. Firstly the ****tails had no alcohol in and was both virgin instead of one virgin and one alcohol. We waited 20 minutes for a coffee, gin and orange juice, still water and ****tails to arrive. We placed our order and at 14h10 no food on the table, asked for the manageress, Danny, who only came to our table at 14h20 who claimed our order was only put through at 13h45 offered no explanation or excuse for us waiting so long. My wife and I normally eat there once a week, however, this experienced has left us livered and Danny the manageress was rude and unproffessioal. When I asked her who the man was who came in and interrupted our conversation, she retorted that it was her father who was the manager at Pick 'n Pay, and it has nothing to do with you and walked away without attending to me for payment. We waited 90 minutes for food and left the restuarant in utter disgust. Walked over to Hussar Grill and by 15h00 we were halfway through our meal. The positive experience was being chased away from Jakes and introduced to a beautiful Hussar Grill.
