Dear Natalia We would like to take this opportunity to address your concerns and reservations regarding the purchase of your Toyota Fortuner from us. As you are aware, you travelled from the Eastern Cape to purchase the vehicle from us. We arranged all your finance and your contract within 8 hours and sent your vehicle to our workshop for service and roadworthy. Everything was done in a timeous fashion in order to assist you as quick as possible. The roadworthy was done, which included all the relevant tests for eg a shock test. The vehicle passed with flying colours. On the way back to the Eastern Cape a crank seal oil leak was detected. We did not hesitate to refer you to a franchise dealer to have this fixed. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen cicumstances, there was a delay in procuring the correct parts by the dealer. This delay was not due to any negligence on our side. Between us and the warranty company, we covered all the costs that were incurred. We are sorry that, despite our best efforts, we could not address your complaint to your satisfaction. We do strive to supply quality vehicles and service excellence, as we have for the last 40 years.

Kind Regards Jakaranda Motors
