we made the booking a month in advance on booking.com when we got there AT NIGHT they couldn't find our booking and they turned us away even though they sent a reminder email which I have mxm. we were literally stranded because of their incompetence. The guy on duty couldn't assist us, he gave us a number to call and it was just ringing.
