Jaka property bought the apartment we are staying in at Forest Hill,Elain Court. Now they want us to repay the deposits or look for the previous owners and demand our deposit from them. I was not there when they bought the property with the previous owner and I don’t know what their agreement was so why should i be the one who must look for my deposit? Now i have notified them that am moving out, they want me to first pay for utilities while they are refusing to pay my deposit. As the new owners they are supposed to be the ones who sort out deposit issues and not come here and demand it from tenants who are already staying here.
