Having paid R5 000 deposit on the 21 April 2015 being a urgent erection of a car port, of which never came to fruition with excuses every time I queried the delay and procrastination and lies even to the extent where the above faithfully promised to refund my monies paid to him. Once again this did not happen even though many times I made myself available to receive the money from this person never turned up. However I have warned him of the consequences and the advise from attorneys to open a police docket of ***** which I will do pending his response to this complaint. It is of utmost importance not to pay a deposit regardless of promises made even on paper with a signature of whoever offers to undertake any form of repair or service rendered.
