Worse service from Jaguar Bloemfontein

I purchased an E-pace Jaguar in bloemfontein

Two weeks after purchasing I encountered the following problem. Indication of low pressure cooling system. Dragging noise on the front driver wheel. Took it in for a check up and it comes back after few drives. Still having it. Smell of burn from an Engine. At 20000km it indicated due for service I was told it's a fails alarm. It shake every time I stop in a traffic circle still does it even though i complained. Two weeks I took it in because of no oil in an Engine after they checked for me at the petrol station. They kept my car,no feed back I had to call they told me they ruined my radio it can't start. I was stranded without a car. I couldn't travel to Sasolburg. When I arrived after 5pm they were all gone one lady handed me the keys to drive my car in that condition. No feedback onto what was done. Escalated the situation with Jaguar SA,all I get is different stories about the parts they orders. One person tells me the parts are in UK next moment I'm being told the haven even arrive there. In the mean time I'm driving a car with a horrifying noise. They are refusing to give me a courtesy car. I'm struggling to control a starring wheel as it pulls to the righ
