Jagerbyte I.T: No Delivery, No Communication—Just Disappointment!

I am disappointed to share our experience with Rhone, operating as Jagerbyte IT. We paid in full and upfront for laptop parts, expecting to receive everything as invoiced. Unfortunately, we only received half of what was promised.

While he is quick to respond to new business inquiries, he fails to finish or provide updates on the orders he already has. When we reached out to address the outstanding items, our messages and calls went unanswered. This lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable.

Be cautious—he may run away with your money. We feel frustrated and let down, as we trusted him to deliver on his commitments. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Jagerbyte.
