Poor service at Jagertech Water&Electricity

I have been without water for the past 2 days apparently as a result of flat water meter battery which they are telling me it has to be manufactured first before it can be replaced. I informed them early about the issue, they delayed the matter asking me to go check on the meter myself untill I discovered it is because of a flat battery, they then said they sending a plumber, then after a few minutes later I was called to inform that there's no battery in store, which is lies because last time I had an issue with water about 6 months ago one of their plumbers came without knowing what the problem was and he had a spare battery on him in case the problem was flat battery, and he did find out that the problem was indeed with the battery and he replaced it right away. My take on this is that they did not want to come out to attend to this issue, using the excuse that the battery has to be manufactured. So much bull**** and disregard for people's needs. Very disapointed with this jagertech water & service. Poor poor service
