Jager a day light *******

The amount on the Jager app was 514 and it happened that today after 3am in the morning the electricity went off the whole complex , and I checked my app in the phone and it displays -819 i call Mafadi management Themba he referred me to Jager and I called David and Coco, David did not help Coco said minus started on the 23/12/2021 I'm like on my side it displayed 514 how can you pay for something you didn't see and all along I was buying the the electric through my bank app I have all the dates where I was doing the transactions. Unit number 160 blk 14 meter number ***5. 01/12/21 I put 150 04/12/21 150, again 15/12/21 I bought 100 Capitec, again 22/12/21 I bought 150 FNB , 29/12/21 it was 100 FNB and then the last one it was on the 05/01/22 it was 150 from FNB .I have got proof and it was not showing minus, Coco sent her statement which it was not display on my side and I told her that the rights of a customer she didn't care she told me that I should have updated my Jager app who told me that no one , only now. Jager management are robbing people, I pray that Mafadi management or Palm Springs could see that it's unacceptable.
