Extremely poor service with no value for your MONEY!

A smart meter/prepaid eletricity and water company! DO NOT ever use their service. Their prices are extremely inflated. I went from spend just over R200 monthly to almost R1000. Mind you, the geyser was not included (I.e did not use electricity for the geyser), no pool pumps or anything that warents an electrical bill that high! On top of that I've been waiting for my refund for over 2 months! They are basically refusing to give me my money back without saying no or telling me the reason why they will not process my refund! They deserve 0 Stars for sure!!
