Dont sign with Jager Technologies

Our complex made the mistake of signing a 4 year contract with Jager Technologies.

Jager Technologies are supposed to provide us with pre-paid water. They installed bad quality water meters which tend to break often. Note that several employees as well as the management at Jager Technologies are aware of this issue and NOTHING has been done to resolve it. Several of the meters batteries have died already. Jager Technologies assured me today that they plan to replace the units and provide us with the service we are paying for. I will hold them to that promise.

In the mean time, people will be sitting without water with little to no support from Jager Technologies and no way of inserting the token number when the water meters break - I say this because the Jager technologies support team refuses to send a technician out to resolve the issues as they occur without charging a call out fee to fix their own bad quality products (I can provide a screenshot of this).

One guy had an issue with his handheld unit and the support staff at Jager Technologies instructed him to bring it in or be charged with a call out. Luckily, I have the screenshot of the conversation with the support team.
