discriminatory method of revenue collection
Unfair charges on electricity forced onto consumers through a scheme provided by this ********* practice. 10% service charges on every purchase +15VAT +no time-of-use tariff means that the end consumer is getting **********. Beside the fact that you have no other choice or option to purchase electricity from another supplier also means that they have infringed The Competition Act of South Africa.

19 Jun 2019, 13:06 STS meters are able to identify the time slot they are operating in, but your purchase is directly translated to units, and therefore it doesn’t matter when you use the units only that you have a certain amount thereof to use.
