Jag Graphix is a ****!!!

Absolutely disgusting experience with these guys! We ordered quite a big amount of T-Shirts from them, directly from the owner in fact. Promised they would courier it ASAP, next day we requested a tracking number to find out that they conveniently lost the tracking waybill and they don't know which company they used to send it. They explained if it is not delivered before 12:00PM a refund will be issued. Past 12 we follow up, just to hear that they send it to themselves. Not sure how on earth you send the package to yourself or to the house of the owner.

Besides that we are still waiting for a refund, promises made the whole time money will be refunded but with the excuse that her (the owner) has kids to drop off and pick up at school. In the business world you can't use your personal life as an excuse for your business operations. Calling them no one answers the phone. Now they are just ignoring our messages. If proof of refund will not be issued by Monday 09/05/2022 I will be taking the company to the small claims court.
