TERRIBLE AND DISHONEST SERVICE

Took my car to JAG Auto Tech for timing chain to be done.

They do not provide any updates and it took them months to fix as they have been sourcing parts and sent away my head to be skimmed. No communication or feedback when an update is requested, constantly having to drive back and forth to them and when in reception they do not acknowledge you.

Mechanic by the name of Albert should never work on your car because he does not know what he is doing and my car is in a worse state than when I had initially delivered to them to fix.

They are now claiming that my thermostat is faulty and i have a suspicion this part has been taken off prior and swapped with a faulty one. There is silicone on this part which means it is not the first time it has been stripped and has been refitted.

They had initially sent away my head to be skimmed and this would not have been done with the thermostat fitted.

My car has been sent back several times after getting it back for the timing chain done and as per Johnathan ***ner) who is a clear con man, my car was 100%.

I have never been satisfied and have sent back my car over 5 times and the problems have only snowballed all due to pathetic workmanship and dishonest services.

They have driven my petrol out upon "testing" each time over 1/4 tank and testing does not take that much petrol. If the have driven over 50kms each time these additional issues would have been picked up.

My car also now has dents and scratches which have never been there initially.

NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM. Customers have always complained in reception with the occasions of me being there.
